The call for applications for these European regional development programs opens next March.

The INTERREG SUDOE Programme uses ERDF funds to finance transnational cooperation projects aimed at addressing problems common to southwestern European regions, such as low investment in research and development, the low competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses, and exposure to climate change and environmental risks.
Its second call for proposals focuses on two thematic areas: promoting innovation capabilities for smart and sustainable growth, and protecting the environment and promoting resource efficiency.
The application period is from March 13 to 31, 2017. All information about the call and other related topics is available on the official INTERREG-SUDOE program website.

The INTERREG EUROPE call for proposals "Interterritorial Cooperation for the period 2014-2020" is aimed at:
- local, regional and national public authorities,
- Managing authorities/intermediate bodies in charge of investment programmes for growth and employment or European territorial cooperation programmes;
- Agencies, research institutes, non-governmental organizations and specialized organizations may also participate through collaboration with local managers.
The application period is from March 1 to June 30, 2017 .
