Descripción
The Agroalnext program was launched in 2022 and has received a total investment of €49.18 million (65% PRTR funds, 35% regional funds). Seven regional governments (Navarra, Valencian Community, Murcia, La Rioja, Aragon, Extremadura, and Asturias) participated in the program, aiming to bridge the gap between knowledge and technological innovation, boosting and supporting the digital and ecological transition of the agri-food sector.
A final event will be held on November 7th, where researchers, public officials, and representatives of business associations will gather to share knowledge and perspectives on key topics such as sustainable primary production, food security and accessibility, the digital transition, the circular economy, and innovation.
This event will provide research staff from the R&D teams of the Autonomous Communities participating in the Agroalnext program the opportunity to:
- Share the progress made
- Give visibility to the results obtained
- Generate synergies that drive the transformation of the agri-food sector
- Dissemination of information and knowledge through presentations in various areas: Climate change adaptation (land and water use optimization); Circularity and byproduct valorization; New food ingredients and processes; Sensor technology and advanced analytics.
