The Union of Women Farmers and Livestock Breeders is organizing a FREE day of "WOMEN WHO MAKE TERRITORY: PRODUCTION, ROOTS and FUTURE", to be held on January 15 and 16 , 2026 from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the town of Llanars (Girona).
The in-person workshop is aimed at women from rural areas of Ripollès, focusing on sharing real-world experiences in agri-food production, entrepreneurship, and adding value to local products. Over two days, producers and professionals from the region will present management models for family farms, local marketing strategies, and participation in regional brands. The workshop promotes knowledge exchange, networking among rural women, and highlights their key role in the economic and social development of the region.
