Online Webinar
Dates: June 11
Schedule: 12:00 h.
The Digitalization Observatory in the Spanish Agri-Food Sector and La Vega Innova , projects promoted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food , are organizing a new webinar to analyze the benefits of the "Virtual Fences" Pilot developed by La Vega Innova.
This pilot program aims to deploy a livestock control system that monitors various parameters to determine animal welfare, creates virtual fences, and deploys alert systems. The devices are being deployed on cattle in extensive meat production systems on various farms across the country.
The broadcast will address how this technology helps farms improve management of free-range livestock and optimize the use of available resources.
