Of course, we'll tell you what SIMBIORED is all about, but we'll also learn about two very interesting initiatives from different regions on how food loss and waste management is being addressed. We'll also be joined by representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and we'll finish with a food-safe snack.
