The Union of Women Farmers and Ranchers is organizing a free workshop on “LEADERSHIP WITH PERSPECTIVE: EMOTIONAL MANAGEMENT FOR WOMEN'S PARTICIPATION IN RURAL GOVERNANCE.” We will explore how to strengthen our capacity to positively influence decision-making spaces, lead with greater clarity, empathy, and balance, learn to recognize and channel our emotions in professional and collective contexts, and foster active and responsible participation in governance.
The event will be held on May 4 , 2026 from 10:30 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 18:30, UCCL AVILA HEADQUARTERS (PLAZA CLAUDIO SÁNCHEZ ALBORNOZ Nº 4).
