The climate transition represents one of the greatest challenges—and also one of the greatest opportunities—for the agri-food chain. In a context marked by increasing regulatory pressure, market demands, and the need to strengthen the sector's resilience, moving towards more sustainable production models has become a key factor for its competitiveness .
This event, jointly organized by alinnea and the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, will bring together representatives from public administrations, agricultural organizations, the food industry, financial institutions, and experts to present the main findings of the report "Ideas for Action: Driving Climate Transformation in the Agri-food Chain" and to discuss the measures needed to accelerate climate action across the entire value chain. Through two roundtables, the main challenges, opportunities, and solutions for driving the sector's transformation and making the climate transition a driver of innovation , resilience , and growth will be addressed.
