“WOMEN IN THE WINE SECTOR”

AMFAR.-.Federation of Women and Families of the Rural Environment with the financing of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food , develops the RURAL WOMEN Program, protagonists of Rural Development , which is part of the line of subsidies to rural women entities at a national level called by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for the year 2024 approved by Royal Decree 921/2024, of September 17

The program's fundamental objective is to carry out training activities to promote the role of women in rural development, as well as to promote the participation of rural women in the economic and social development of the territories where they live and improve their working and living conditions.

Within this program, AMFAR has organized the conference “ WOMEN IN THE WINE SECTOR ” which will take place next Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at the facilities of “Bodegas El Símbolo”.

By holding this event, AMFAR aims to promote the role of rural women in economic activities, as well as to raise awareness among rural women about the importance of their participation in the economic development of rural areas. It also aims to discuss, analyze, and address the challenges rural women face in entering the economic arena.

Promote equality between women and men in rural areas.
