From Ruralízate , Rural Bridge , Como una Cabra and Rural Citizen , four entities committed to the rural world, we launched the program 'RURAL RELAY FROM THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY' with the aim of attracting talent, promoting opportunities and revitalizing rural territories in Extremadura , Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha .
An itinerary experiential that connects people who want to live and work in the town with rural businesses seeking generational change.
All of this is achieved through a training program based on the circular economy, mentoring, and close support to maintain the population, attract new residents, and ensure the continuity of traditional trades.

Specialized training in entrepreneurship, social innovation, and the circular economy.
Group sessions and networking , facilitating the exchange of experiences.
Innovative methodologies such as Problem-Based Learning and Place-Based Learning.
